Our model utilises a Statement of Work approach to all resource requirements with clear, agreed, and structured deliverables to maintain the correct IR35 status. In addition, there is an option to include a risk percentage of the charged rate to be applied against specific deliverables.

As is mandatory, all resource requirements are assessed to determine the correct resourcing profile. This is then agreed with the client to ensure an accurate and appropriate resource is applied to the need. To ensure compliance is maintained, the Partner follows the Parceman Hill methodology. Each week the Partner meets the Associate Consultants to monitor the delivery of the Statement of Work in order to:

• Keep the delivery on track and report progress to the client

• Identify and mitigate risks for the project and the client before becoming an issue

• Apply the agreed governance and compliance of projects
(including adhering to IR35 regulations during the course of the delivery)

Response to a request will be within 1 Business Day, this will be followed by a discussion with the Business Partner to fully understand the request and agree the resource profile along with the IR35 status. The length of time in terms of allocating a specific resource is subject to the type of resource required, which is normally no longer than 3 working days to identify and allocate the resource.

This is typically 5-10 Business Days, which includes screening checks, as well as giving the clients time to allow network and security access. This can be reduced if system and network access is provided via Parceman Hill - a thin client model (bring your own device), rather than a physical laptop being given.

We currently have a pool of resources in excess of 800 Associate Consultants that have delivered solutions for our clients. The majority of our project personnel have 10+ years of experience in project delivery.
