I’m one of the Senior Associate Partners. I look after a number of our high-level clients across the financial industry. I guarantee that the day-to-day maintenance and running of the Statements of Work are allocated to our Associate Consultants - liaising with all levels of management and those persons working on the shop floor to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day activity.

I’ve worked in the financial sector for circa twenty years in a number of different guises - coming from an underwriting background and working within financial organisations - to now operating within Parceman Hill as a partner and looking after clients within that industry.

I’ve got a range of items that I bring to the table: my breadth and knowledge within the financial industry, my ability to liaise with people at different levels taking into consideration their personalities and their way of working, and understanding what needs to be done at the coal face i.e. working with my consultants very closely to help drive them to success.

I joined Parceman Hill because of my relationship with Gary and Scott. I’ve known them for a long time, I’ve worked as a contractor with them as well as assisting them in items such as interviews, interview questions, looking at job profiles.

I like the way that they work, I like the mentality and drive that they have and I also like package that Parceman Hill offers. The way that we operate and work with our clients very closely is something that I wanted to do.

We are different from other tiered consultancies because of what we can offer, the experience we have in specific fields and the way that we work closely with our consultants to ensure that they are comfortable in what they are doing - offering a layer of assistance to our consultants that you might not get with other firms e.g. assisting them in prescribing how they are going to complete the task that they’ve been asked for.

Also the fact that we are open, we are very honest and we are very much available to assist our clients at any point in time.

At the moment a lot of clients are coming to us with regulatory asks. We are also seeing a lot of efficiency gain work, due to the landscape changing in terms of more people working from home than coming into the office.

Clients are looking at ways to ensure that the process is efficient and secure, and that their staff are able to work in a correct way whilst they are at home.

Parceman Hill will continue to grow. We will continue to provide our clients with a successful resolution to the problems they have. What I want to see is more organisations using and adopting the way that we operate so that they can be successful.
