I head up operations within the business - working on the attraction process for partners, creating client solutions and determining how we deliver those projects to the market.

I’ve been working in this sector for 32 years. Over the decades, the industry has changed a lot and we now feel that we can bring some really fresh ideas to the market.

My key areas of expertise are very much based around the customer-facing side of things - so working very closely with people at all levels. My role within the business concerns being participative around anything to do with initial communication, right the way through to all the commercial engagements and ongoing client relationships.

My original vision for PH was to create a community where you bring in expertise at different levels from the interim world. A number of individuals within the space are very good within a particular area, others can aspire to working at a higher level. The vision was to create an environment with different types of people playing their part in the community.

The difference is that we are bringing a conceptual change to the industry which we call The Third Dimension. We are looking at exactly what the clients needs, then using the best people from the contract market along with great services at consultancy level and marrying them up to create a tailored service for the client.

I look for open-minded individuals who really understand the power of listening, who can think on their feet, who have the battle scars and crucially, who understand that a project is a different beast from company to company and space to space.

People tend to work very much based on what they have been used to - so most clients we work with have either bought agency services or consultancy services.

With the Third Dimension model, the combination of working with people from the contract side but operating in effect like a Tier-1 consultancy, is really starting to show results and clients are starting to say that they can really see the difference.

I’m one of the founding partners of the company. My role is to focus on the business strategy and assist the partners with the delivery of their projects. When we set up the company I was conscious that we needed to create a template to give the Partners a foundation and methodology as to how we operate as a company.

This ensures that we give our Partners the right capabilities to make them successful and ultimately create satisfaction for our clients.

I have worked in the IT technology consultancy sector for 30 years.

My key area of expertise is having a very good understanding of how technology is delivered end to end. I was very fortunate in my early career to be a developer in the old 3GL languages. As I moved through my career I learnt about business analysis, how to design systems and how they get delivered and implemented.

In my consultancy role, I have an appreciation of what a business needs, how we develop the technology and how we get to deliver projects to match those needs.

My original vision for Parceman Hill was to create something that was completely different to what was out there - to create a company where the consultants could shine. People in our business are generally at the very top of their game. Parceman Hill is a platform to allow those guys to perform.

At Parceman Hill we have developed a new model to meet the changing needs of the world - such as IR35, the pandemic and issues around cost. Our model uses the best people and new technology to deliver projects.

We offer partner-led assured delivery and are very careful about the partners we select to run the projects. Everything is done on a Statement of Work basis but we also give a guarantee to the work that is being delivered in terms of the cost efficiencies. I truly believe that is a unique offering.

Someone who is not only technically capable but has an underlying level of professionalism in the way that they conduct themselves. They should care about the clients and have a commitment to go above and beyond what anyone would normally do.
