The client wanted to introduce new types of vehicle driving measurements and technology for a particular demographic on their charging scale.

They needed someone who could both do the required general analysis and manage overall expectations - dealing with a multitude of stakeholders: from actuaries to senior executives.

Working with the client, I was able to understand the correct resourcing profile that was needed for engagement with all the different types of people. I was then able to provide the right person for the requirement from our network.

As a Partner, I worked alongside them to ensure that they understood the initial approach and best mechanism of recording it, as well as the scope and boundaries of the piece of work.

The phase work included market research, capability, technology identification + cost base and an RFI regarding technology already in the mainstream.

The project benefit gave the client an advantage over their competitors by looking at new ways of pricing for customers on a case by case basis.
